Fruithurst Elementary School will hold Pre-K Registration on February 26 starting at 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. You must bring the following: Certified copy of birth certificate, social security card, blue immunization form, proof of residency and proof of income.

Spaghetti Supper, Sat. Feb. 27, 4:30-6:30 at New Harmony Baptist Church, Plates $6 each. To pre-order call 256-282-0406. Eat in or Carry out.

Monday, February 15

4th Grade 4-H Club members are invited to celebrate cooking and cornbread by entering a recipe in the National 4-H Cornbread Cook-off contest. Recipes should be creative and easy to prepare and must contain at least one cup of Martha White Corn Meal or one package of Martha White Corn Meal Mix and be cooked in Lodge Cast Iron Cookware. Please contact the Extension Office for more details and prize money information. Contact Kathy or Mrs. Mathews at 463-2620 by Feb. 15.
