So many veterans feel confused about benefits and services they've earned. There's so much to know and so many changes from one year to the next. That's why local members of the nonprofit D-A-V will present a veterans information seminar to be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Heflin Community Art Center, 279 Martin Luther King Drive, Heflin. Like all D-A-V services, this seminar is free to all veterans and members of their families.
