Tommy and Carolyn Richard of Gadsden announce the engagement of their daughter Lindsey Regina to Matthew Scott Laminack son of Scott Laminack and Janie Riddle all of Heflin.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Christopher of Gadsden and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Richard of Gadsden.

Miss Richard is a 2004 graduate of Gaston High School and The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Nursing. She is employed by Brookwood Medical Center in Birmingham.

The prospective groom is the grandson of John and Jane Coggin of Heflin and Jimmy R. Laminack and the late Mary Jo Laminack of Fruithurst.

Mr. Laminack is a 2000 graduate of Cleburne County High School and Ayers State Technical College. He is employed by Anniston Army Depot.

The wedding will be October 24 at 6 p.m. at The Foundation Ranch.
