The 15 minutes of fame for 'Duck Dynasty' patriarch Phil Robertson and his family shows little sign of ending. In fact, as the New York Times' Francis X. Clines writes, that fame remains very lucrative.

At its heart, the Robertson's Louisiana-based business is a factory that makes duck calls. (You can buy all sorts of "Duck" gear, T-shirts and the like, thanks to the A&E show's popularity.) Now the Robertsons have introduced their own line of firearms that, we can only surmise, will sell well, too.

Clines writes, " ... considering the new Duck Commander line of family-fun ordnance: nine types of shotgun, two different semi-automatic rifles and a high-powered pistol. The assault rifles, adapted from weapons of war for self-styled sportsmen on the home front, could turn a mallard drake into instant pate, ready for the dinner table of any close-knit family."
