Demarcus Thomas and Qua Frazier each had 18 points as Anniston pounded Winterboro 98-44 on Tuesday night.

Quin Jackson added 13 points and five rebounds. Quinterious Croft had 11 points, and Quint Dobbins contributed 10 points and four rebounds.

Anniston (2-2) has won two straight.

Faith Christian 68, Pleasant Valley 53: Josiah McDaniel had 16 points and five rebounds for Faith Christian, which scored its first win of the season.

Logan Williamson and Ryan Crosby each had 13 points for Faith (1-2).

Trey Phillips paced Pleasant Valley with 19 points, while Lucas Ford added 14.

Randolph County 50, Horseshoe Bend 32: Elijah McDaniel led Randolph County with 19 points as the Tigers opened their season with a win.

Zack Baker added 10 points and Braxton Lackey had six.

Randolph County travels to Woodland on Monday.

Pleasant Valley 70, Faith Christian 37:
Atleigh Brannon had 33 points as Pleasant Valley (2-2) beat Faith Christian. Tiffany Williams added 19 points.

For Faith Christian, Madison Stephens had 20 points.

Anniston 61, Winterboro 33: Quanetria Bolton had 32 points, 19 rebounds and five blocks for Anniston, which is now 2-1.

Marticia Jackson added nine points and five assists. Raven Cooley and Kiyanna Bullock each had six points, and Bullock accounted for six rebounds.

Jacksonville Christian 44, Coosa Christian 38: Joeley Cupp led JCA with 13 points, and Sarah Crook added 10.

Elysabeth Morales pulled down 12 rebounds, and Callie Compton added 11.

Jacksonville Christian (3-2) will play Donoho on Monday.
