Be Extreme Inside and Out revealed the class of 2013 July 19 at the Heflin Recreation Center. Be Extreme is a week-long intensive make-over program for young women ages 12-15 throughout Cleburne County. Girls are chosen for Be Extreme through an application process that includes face-to-face interviews. The program involves more than 100 volunteers each year and is coordinated by the Cleburne County Extension office. The guest speaker for the event was Claire Dryden, Cleburne County School superintendent, who shared her top 10 secrets for success in life.
