It is apparent that he has no intention of closing down the Indian casinos. Most intelligent people know you don’t bite the hand that feeds your journey to a political office. Why hasn’t the attorney general filed a libel suit against Mayor Johnny Ford of Tuskegee for making the claim that he received a large sum of money from the Indians in his run for the position he now holds?
Until he denies that he has not received any Indian support, it can only be surmised that he is guilty as charged and has no intention of tampering with the Indians anymore than former Gov. Bob Riley.
How long will the BP hearings last? When will the attorney general begin to answer questions about his raids on non-Indian casinos?
