TUSCALOOSA -- The Alabama men's basketball team has received a commitment from in-state prospect Brandon Austin, who posted his pledge to the Crimson Tide on Twitter on Sunday afternoon.

"Just committed to bama," Austin posted.

Austin, who is from Carver High in Montgomery, is a 6-foot-5, 180-pound wing player. Austin becomes the first commitment of Anthony Grant's 2015 class. Grant has garnered three prospects for his 2014 class in the last three weeks.
