• The 2013 Sunday School convention of the Apostolic Church of Promise, 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., Refuge Full Gospel Methodist Church, 401 E. 22nd St. Mother Gwen Milliner will serve as the convention president. The meeting is hosted by Bishop Jewell Thomas and Smith Chapel ACOP of Anniston.
