Victoria Rimpsey

Sr., 5-4


Noteworthy: Rimpsey ran in her own lane at the county meet, winning the 100 meter, 800 meter and helping in the 4-by-100 relay. She continued her success at the state Class 6A meet, finishing eighth in the 100 and tenth in the 4-by-100.

Davia Palmer

Fr., 5-4


Noteworthy: Palmer entered the varsity ranks with a win at the county track meet in the 200-meter dash.

Jasmine Heard

Sr., 5-6


Noteworthy: Heard made a name for herself in the 400 meter dash and long jump, winning both at county. At state, the senior finished fourth in the 400 meter and fifth in long jump.

Cori Green

Sr., 5-4


Noteworthy: Green proved to be a great distance runner, winning both the 1600 meter and 3200 meter at the county meet.

Jasmine Carter

Sr., 5-10


Noteworthy: After winning the 100-meter huddles and being part of the 4-by-100 team at county, Carter finished 14th at state in the high jump. The 4-by-100 team finished 10th at the Class 6A meet.

Karrie Green

Fr., 5-4


Noteworthy: Green highlighted her season with a third-place finish in the 300-meter huddles at state, along with taking sixth in 200 meter and 15th in 100 meter. The freshman won the 300-meter huddles at county.

BreAnna Thompson

Sr., 5-11


Noteworthy: Thompson set a state Class 3A track meet record in triple jump during her first year competing in the event. Thompson also finished second in Class 3A in long jump and high jump. She won the high and triple jumps at the county meet.

Hayden Tyree

Fr., 5-5


Noteworthy: Tyree broke onto the scene winning pole vault at the county meet, helping Piedmont finish second.

Jessica Stringer

Sr., 5-3


Noteworthy: Stringer helped Oxford win the county meet with her performance in shot put, coming out on top in the event.

Bianna Calhoun

Soph., 5-4


Noteworthy: After Calhoun won the discus throw at the county meet, she went on finish 23rd at state. The sophomore also finished 22nd in shot put at the Class 6A meet.

Sierra Haynes

Soph., 5-6

White Plains

Noteworthy: Haynes was White Plains’ leader at the county meet, winning the javelin throw for the Lady Wildcats.

Kiyana Bullock

Soph., 5-8


Noteworthy: Bullock finished second in the mile and fourth in the half-mile at the county meet and turned her performance into ninth in the 1600 meter and 13th in the 3200 meter at the Class 4A state meet.
