Services for Billy Lee Barintine, 37, of Wedowee were held Jan. 23 at Cool Springs United Methodist Church with Rev. J.D. Bearden officiating. Burial followed in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Barintine died Jan. 21 at his home. He was born June 10, 1970, son of Wilburn Lee and Jeanette Rice Barintine. He had worked in the hatchery at Tyson Foods. Mr. Barintine was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include two sisters, Donna Bain of Heflin; Joyce Key of Wedowee; two nieces, three nephews; four great nephews and one great niece. Friends and family served as pallbearers.
