The Heflin Arts Council will meet July 17 at the Community Arts Center at 6:30 p.m.. The board will meet at 5:30 p.m. . Plans for fall activities and Heart for Art Ball will be made. Everyone is welcome! For information call Hefin City Hall 463-2290 or 463-2620 Deborah Mathews.
