A Personal Note!Bill Laminack is one of my favorite people in the whole world. This fine gentleman had a birthday (his 85th) on January 19th and I accidentally left it out of my column! He and his wife Jo are very special to me and I do regret the error! It does, however, give me the opportunity to let him know what a fine person I think he is! And he does NOT look and act 85.
It is going to be a great day for these individuals. They are all adding another year to their wonderful life.

Also, I want to remind you CCHS athletes of the 1960's about the mini reunion or "Get Together" this Saturday morning at 9:30 at Jack's. Show up with your best memories and great stories.
The Voice of Suzanne
I don't recommend movies often. To tell you the truth, most of them out today are not worth the price of the ticket! The Bucket List is worth it. Two great actors do a wonderful job displaying honest, human intrest emotions! You'll laugh ... you'll cry ... You'll love it!
Speaking of theaters ... two of my BIGGEST Pet Peeves occurred during the watching of this movie. Here they are in order of importance ... 1. A person began talking loudly on her cell phone during a quite moment in the film. It was not even an important conversation. For goodness sakes ... step outside! 2. A couple brought their toddler to this movie who acted like a toddler! I adore toddlers. But in a movie designed for adults is not a good place for them. When we were young parents, we either called a sitter or we did not go.
Both acts show a lack of consideration for other people. Am I just getting old and grumpy or what? Am I along in this thinking?
Bye!
Until next week ... remember ... Kindness is the oil that reduces the friction of life.
